Cancer diagnosis a drop of blood

Scientists from Sweden, the Netherlands, the United States created a new test for determining the presence of cancer in the early stages.

At the same time, it is still possible to determine its type and location.

The method is based on the analysis of the RNA of platelets of our blood, and for the analysis of one drop will be enough. They are easily accessible for research, and the accuracy of the method was 90%.

The study involved 283 volunteers, 228 of which were identified with some form of cancer, 39 participants cancer was detected at the first stage of its development.
